Tax benefit
Tax certificates
Only if GreyPower’s Section 18A approval has been confirmed: GreyPower is registered as a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) and has separate approval in terms of Section 18A of the Income Tax Act. Qualifying donations may, subject to the requirements of the law, be tax deductible. Where a donation qualifies, we issue a valid Section 18A certificate with the details required by SARS. Contact us about the requirements and the information we need from you.
If proof is still outstanding, temporarily replace the tax section with: “Please contact us before making a donation if the availability of a tax certificate is important to you. We will confirm which documentation is available for the contribution you intend to make.”
A Section 18A tax certificate will be issued on request or where applicable to qualifying donors.
